Philip Yung?s "Port of Call" from Hong Kong and Bui Thac Chuyen?s "Dream State" from Vietnam took home the 2011 HAF Awards and a cash prize of HK$150,000 ($19,200), selected among 28 projects from 13 regions at the Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum.
